Description
Liriope muscari 'Royal Purple' is a herbaceous perennial valued for its purple or lavender flowers during summer. It typically matures 1–1.5 feet tall and 1–1.5 feet wide. Grow it in full sun through deep shade in moist, well-drained clay or loam soil. Its native range or documented parentage is China, Taiwan, and Japan. Deer and rabbit resistant In the landscape, it works well in border, foundation planting, and container. Once established, it shows useful tolerance to deer, drought, and erosion.
