Description
Sedum spectabile 'Autumn Joy', commonly known as Stonecrop, is a herbaceous perennial valued for its light pink blooms flowers during fall and summer. It typically matures 1.5–2 feet tall and 1.5–2 feet wide. Grow it in full sun in average to dry, well-drained garden soil. Its native range or documented parentage is China and Korea. Flowers are attractive to butterflies and bees and provide a fall nectar source. In the landscape, it works well in border, foundation planting, and small groups. Once established, it shows useful tolerance to drought, dry soil, and poor soil.
