Calycanthus 'Burgundy Spice', commonly known as Calycanthus ornamental, is a woody landscape shrub valued for its burgundy red flowers. It typically matures 1–4 feet tall and 1–3 feet wide. Its native range or documented parentage is cultivated selection or hybrid of North American Calycanthus species and Asian Sinocalycanthus chinensis.
