Azalea 'Autumn Carnation'

Azalea 'Autumn Carnation', commonly known as Encore Azalea, is a woody landscape shrub valued for its pink flowers. It typically matures 1–4 feet tall and 1–3 feet wide. Grow it in full sun to partial shade in average, well-drained garden soil. Its native range or documented parentage is cultivated Rhododendron hybrid group, primarily derived from species native to eastern Asia. Its flowers can provide seasonal forage for bees and other beneficial insects. In the landscape, it works well in specimen plantings, mixed borders, and foundation plantings.
