Description
Camellia japonica 'Greensboro Red', commonly known as Spring Blooming Camellia, is a woody landscape shrub valued for its light red flowers during spring and winter. It typically matures 10–13 feet tall and 5–10 feet wide. Grow it in partial shade in moist, well-drained garden soil. Its native range or documented parentage is China , Korea, Central & Southern Jap. It attracts pollinators and provides cover for wintering birds.
