Rudbeckia fulgida var. fulgida is a herbaceous perennial valued for its golden yellow flowers. It typically matures 1–4 feet tall and 1–3 feet wide. Grow it in full sun to partial shade in average to dry, well-drained garden soil. Its native range or documented parentage is Mid-Atlantic and Piedmont region of eastern North America.
