Description
Erica darleyensis 'Mediterranean White', commonly known as Heath, is a herbaceous perennial valued for its white flowers. It typically matures 3–6 feet tall and 3–6 feet wide. Grow it in full sun to partial shade in average, well-drained garden soil. Its native range or documented parentage is cultivated hybrid of Erica carnea of central and southern Europe and E. erigena of western Europe. Its flowers can provide seasonal forage for bees and other beneficial insects. In the landscape, it works well in mixed borders, mass plantings, and pollinator gardens. Good siting and appropriate moisture help maintain its best form through the season.
